Patching is undertaken routinely and we have a dedicated security team responsible for infrastructure and applications. Anti-virus protection is enabled on both server and workstation environments in a real-time scanning mode.
Our systems are backed up and tested regularly. We use cloud-based services such as anti-spam, mobile device management and web security. Access rights are implemented based on business function and these apply to file, application, e-mail and communication access controls.
We take the security of our customer data very seriously; it is never shared with any 3rd parties and is only used appropriately.
