The pandemic has changed retail habits. What were once forecasts have become current practices. Customers have moved to online shopping in vast numbers. High-end fashion labels and retailers have sought to reach the mass market, attempting to cover losses inflicted by a succession of lockdowns and restrictions.

And fashion houses are looking to make their processes more efficient, responding to cost-cutting needs in an uncertain retail environment.
